About our hi-vis jacket
Achieving Class 3 visibility requires a minimum area of both fluorescent background material and retroreflective tape, and the tape must be positioned so the wearer is identifiable as a human form from any angle. Our hi-vis jacket carries banded tape around the torso and both sleeves plus over-shoulder braces, which is what separates a compliant garment from one that merely looks bright.
The shell is a coated polyester that resists wind and rain, with taped seams available where full weather protection is required. Branding is applied as heat-sealed transfer or embroidery on a stabilised backing, always placed so it does not interrupt the certified reflective bands.
