What we make
Classic piqué polo
65/35 poly-cotton piqué, 200 to 220 g/m², with a knitted collar and a three-button placket. The standard staff polo.
Long-sleeve polo
The same piqué at 220 g/m², with long sleeves and ribbed cuffs, for autumn and winter.
Performance polo
Moisture-wicking polyester for coaches, outdoor staff and long shifts in the heat.
Children's polo
Cotton piqué, 160 to 180 g/m², with flat seams, for schools and junior clubs.
Why embroidery suits polo shirts
A polo shirt is usually worn by staff who meet customers, so the logo has to look good for a long time. Embroidery is stitched into the fabric with thread: it does not crack, peel or fade in the wash, and it lasts as long as the shirt. Piqué, with its textured knit, holds stitching particularly well.
For large designs on the back, or logos with gradients and fine detail, we add a DTF print. A common combination is a small embroidered logo on the chest and a larger printed one on the back.

Our polos are made in cotton and poly-cotton piqué, including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 cotton, tested for harmful substances. We sew them in adult and children's sizes and in a choice of colours; send us your brand colours and we match the fabric and the thread as closely as we can.

What is the minimum order for embroidered polo shirts?

Will the embroidery survive washing?

Can you embroider a logo with many colours?
Yes, within what thread can show. For gradients or very fine detail we suggest a DTF print instead, and tell you which suits your logo better.
