Desa & Co manufactures custom workwear in bulk in our own factory in Tirana, Albania: T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, jackets, trousers and coveralls, with your company logo embroidered or DTF printed. Minimum orders are 50 to 100 pieces per product, and production takes 2 weeks.

What we make
Work T-shirts
100% cotton, 160 to 180 g/m², short or long sleeved. The simplest uniform for staff who are on their feet all day.
Polo shirts
65/35 poly-cotton piqué, 200 to 220 g/m², with a collar that keeps its shape wash after wash. The usual choice for customer-facing staff.
Hoodies and sweatshirts
Fleece, 280 to 320 g/m², pullover or zip-up, for staff who work outdoors or in cool spaces.
Work jackets
Fleece, softshell or reinforced canvas, with tool pockets and a large back panel for your logo.
Work trousers and coveralls
Trousers with knee-pad and tool pockets, and two-way-zip coveralls for construction, maintenance and servicing.
Hi-vis workwear
Hi-vis vests, jackets and polo shirts with reflective tape, for roadside, site and logistics work.

Embroidered or printed: your logo, done in house
Embroidery and printing happen in the same factory where we sew, so one team checks every piece from the fabric to the logo.
- Embroidered workwear: the logo is stitched into the fabric with thread. It looks sharp on polos, jackets and hoodies and lasts as long as the garment.
- DTF printing: for logos with many colours, gradients or fine detail. The print is heat-applied and keeps its colours through repeated washing.

Fabrics that stand up to the job
We choose the fabric for the work your staff do. For garments worn all day we use OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 cotton, tested for harmful substances. For uniforms that are washed often and must keep their shape we use poly-cotton blends, and for physical work, reinforced technical fabrics.
Straight from a European manufacturer
Many workwear suppliers add logos to blank garments bought in from other factories. We make the garments and add your logo ourselves, in Europe, with production certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You deal with the factory directly, approve the design before production starts and get a fixed delivery date.
Minimum order and lead time
The minimum order is 50 to 100 pieces, depending on the product. Production takes 2 weeks from your order, and we then deliver to the United Kingdom, to Italy or anywhere in Albania.

What is the minimum order for custom workwear?
50 to 100 pieces, depending on the product. Tell us what you need and we will confirm the minimum for that garment.
How long does production take?
Two weeks from your order for the minimum quantity. For larger orders we give you the exact date when we confirm the order.
Can you put our logo on the workwear?
Yes. We embroider it on our own machines or print it with DTF. Send us the logo file, ideally as a vector (PDF, AI or SVG).
Can we see the design or a sample before production?
Yes. We send you the design for approval before production starts, and sew a sample on request.
